Elzac was known for its eccentric hand-made acrylic and gold figural brooches. The factory, located in Los Angeles, CA turned heads during the 1940s with an array of figural motifs. The company also manufactured plexi-glass compacts adorned with floral motifs secured by a “Magnet Lok” Its products were advertised in Harpers Bazaar, Vogue, Glamour and Charm magazines.
