We make every effort to ship your purchase within 2 business days. If there will be a delay in processing your order, we will notify you.
We usually ship via USPS First Class. Priority Mail may also be used. Larger items may be sent via Parcel.
We combine shipping costs on multiple items purchased! You will be refunded any shipping overages of $3.01 or more whether a single item purchase or multiple items purchased. This will be calculated and refunded when your order is shipped.
We are very sorry, but we only ship to the U.S. at this time.
We do not accept returns. In certain cases, we may issue store credit. If an item is returned to us as "refused" we will charge a 25% restocking fee from the buyer's store credit.
All items are described as thoroughly and as carefully as possible. Measurements and condition are always included in the description. It is the buyer's responsibility to read the description and take note of the measurements provided. Please understand that every device and/or computer screen will show colors differently. We do not accept returns because the color is not what was expected, buyer's remorse, or because the item does not fit.
We do not give partial refunds. This is not negotiable.
If any item received is damaged during shipping please contact us immediately for further instructions and SAVE the packaging. We will not be able to file a claim and issue a refund if the packaging is not saved and returned with the damaged item. We cannot refund on an item damaged in transit if you do not follow these instructions.
