C. Yazzie Squash Blossom Cuff Bracelet – Vintage Southwestern Design – Native American Indian Silversmith Signed offered by TheJewelSeeker
Style: This is a beautifully designed bracelet by Native American Indian Silversmith Charlene Yazzie. The bracelet is dainty with the soft curved lower edge, and intricate in design, with the squash blossom flowers, leaves, spirals and vines. It’s beautiful. We were very tempted to polish this bracelet, but it’s probably from the 1960’s – 1970’s, and it’s got a lovely deep patina (which shows more golden in the pictures, but it definately dark). We could not bare to remove that patina in case a collector makes the purchase – we wanted to leave it in it’s “as found” condition.
Color: light and dark sterling silver
Size: 5 1/4″ around the inside edge with a 1″ gap between ends. The face of the bracelet measures 2″ x 3/4″
Weight: 10.1 grams
Condition: Very good condition with nice shape and a lovely old patina giving it depth in design.
Approximate Date: 1960s 1970s
Hallmarks/signature: C Yazzie
