Return Policy

Vendors on 21 Vintage Street do no accept returns unless the item was mis-represented or has damage not disclosed in the listing. 

Vendors/sellers do not refund for any of the following reasons:
a) Buyers remorse
b) Improper size or fit (unless seller misrepresented the size)
c) Shipping to you or return postage
d) If covered by postal insurance
e) Color in pictures not exact
f) If we shipped on time, but package did not arrive on time (ie Christmas or Birthday gift)

What do I do if item arrives damaged or Seller misrepresented the item?

If item arrives damaged or broken, please email the seller describing the damage and a picture or two of the broken item and the packaging in which it was delivered. The seller will contact you within 24 hours with further instructions.

Seller Misrepresented item:
Contact seller immediately after delivery of package. Let seller know how it was misrepresented. Seller will review and contact you within 24 hours with instructions.

If an item is accepted for return, the buyer is responsible for return postage and must also purchase tracking as proof of return.

In the event that the issue cannot be resolved between seller and buyer, please email 21 Vintage Street at admin@21vintagestreet.com.

Refund Policy

Vendors/sellers do no accept returns except under circumstances detailed under Return Policy. When a refund is necessary, the purchase price only will be refunded to the method with which the original payment was made. Shipping and insurance costs will not be refunded unless the seller is at fault.

Shipping Policy

Vendors/sellers are responsible for shipping their own items. Our sellers ship items within 1 – 3 business days under most circumstances. The method of shipment is determined by each seller. The seller will provide tracking information to the buyer.
